The Mission of the Social Concerns Commission is to serve those in need by providing love, faith and hope in their time of need. Outreach to the Poor?donates money to local charities, monthly food collection and the Christmas Giving Tree. Helps the needy in our area with electric, gas, rent, etc. This is funded by monthly collections and special donations. Respect for Life?promotes respect for life through educational, spiritual and pastoral activities. Works to develop public policy that supports the right to life from the moment of conception to natural death.

Spiritual Adoption of the Unborn program
Parish Outreach?organizes and conducts Outreach visits
Schedule the Sacrament of the Sick visits
Facilitate and organize transportation for those in need.
Outreach to Seniors and homebound, local hospital and care center (visit, transportation, errands, shopping)
Funeral Dinners - Provides dinners for relatives and friends of the deceased following the funeral.
Health and Welfare -blood drives, CPR/AED training and monthly Parish nurse service.
Commission meetings are scheduled as needed.
